Accessibility

Our commitment
Stepwise Limited is committed to making stepwiseinsights.com accessible to people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to explore our services and get in touch.
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Our assessment is not yet complete, so we are not claiming full conformance with this standard.
What we have improved
Recent improvements include:
- stronger contrast for text, form fields and important diagram details;
- clearer keyboard focus indicators and a skip link to the main content;
- improved keyboard navigation and screen-reader descriptions;
- Pause and Play controls for the three animated capability diagrams, alongside support for reduced-motion preferences; and
- better text wrapping when text is enlarged.
The capability diagrams also remain available as complete, static illustrations when JavaScript is disabled.
Testing and work still to do
In September 2026, we carried out automated accessibility checks and targeted browser tests covering keyboard navigation, animation controls, reduced motion, text spacing and contact-form feedback. These checks used Chrome at desktop and mobile-sized viewports.
Further assessment is needed with screen readers, including VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone, and with actual browser zoom and other browser and assistive-technology combinations. A full review against the applicable WCAG requirements is also outstanding.
Some accessibility barriers may therefore remain undetected. Automated checks cannot identify every issue, and we welcome feedback about anything that makes the website difficult to use.

If you can, include:
- the page address;
- what you were trying to do and what went wrong;
- your browser, device and any assistive technology you were using; and
- how you would prefer us to help or provide the information.
You do not need to provide all these details or disclose a disability to ask for help. We will review your message and work with you to find a practical way forward.
Keeping this statement up to date
We will update this statement as we complete further testing and make improvements to the website.
